Greed is a Sickness, We\u2019re the Cure<\/strong><\/h2>

Why We Rebel<\/strong><\/p>

For far too long, we\u2019ve been fed the lie of \u201ctrickle-down\u201d prosperity. We call bullshit.<\/strong> In reality, wealth isn\u2019t trickling down \u2013 it\u2019s gushing upward into the coffers of the ultra-rich. The world\u2019s five richest men doubled<\/strong> their fortunes to about $869\u202fbillion (\u00a3682\u202fbillion)<\/strong> since 2020, while the wealth of the poorest 60% of the global population, nearly five billion people, has declined. The super-rich<\/em> have stashed at least $21\u00a0trillion<\/strong> offshore \u2013 a figure that rivals that of the U.S. economy \u2013 siphoning money out of our communities. For decades<\/strong>, extraordinary wealth has been cascading into the offshore accounts of a tiny elite. while the rest of us are told to \u201ctighten our belts.\u201d We\u2019re done watching this injustice<\/strong>.<\/p>

Let\u2019s put that scale into perspective: 1 million seconds<\/strong> is about 12 days<\/strong>, but 1 billion seconds<\/strong> is nearly 31 years<\/strong>. Now compare that you your wage. That\u2019s how enormous a billion is \u2013 and some people have hundreds<\/em> of billions. At one point, Bill Gates could give away 99%<\/strong> of his wealth and still<\/em> be a billionaire (his net worth was ~$108\u00a0billion, so 1% is over $1\u00a0billion). In other words, we could tax these people into oblivion and they\u2019d still<\/strong> be ridiculously<\/em> rich. The billionaire class won\u2019t even feel a 99% tax or donation \u2013 meanwhile you\u2019re struggling to pay the electric bill<\/strong>. This system is built by the rich, for the rich, and it\u2019s rigged<\/strong>.<\/p>

We rebel because greed has gone unchecked<\/strong> and it\u2019s rotting society. We see CEOs getting golden parachutes while workers struggle to afford rent. We see politicians from posh schools preaching to us about austerity. Britain\u2019s top jobs \u2013 in politics, media, business \u2013 are overwhelmingly dominated by a tiny privileged class, are five times more likely<\/strong> to have attended private school than the average Brit. They were born into wealth, groomed in exclusive institutions, and now they have the audacity to lecture us<\/strong> on how to live. They\u2019ve never had to choose between heating and eating, yet they write policies telling you<\/em> to \u201clive within your means.\u201d Enough. Mob Rule<\/strong> is here to say: sod that<\/em>, we\u2019ve had it with this bullshit system<\/strong>.<\/p>

Our Mission: Art as Revolution<\/strong><\/p>

We\u2019re going to prove that investing in people<\/strong> is good business. No more screwing over the folks with talent just because they lack capital.<\/p>
